1. Services Provided
We offer:
- Sale of ready-stock polo shirts, t-shirts, uniforms, and fashion accessories inspired by Thai designs.
- Custom design and production services (no minimum order).
- Jastip (personal shopping) and titip pesan services for products from Thailand markets or brands.
- Delivery to addresses in Indonesia and internationally (where available).
2. Ordering and Payment
- All orders are accepted via our website, WhatsApp, LINE (@bluemaregroup), or email.
- Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or as specified. For jastip services, the total cost includes: original item price + jastip fee + actual shipping costs + any applicable taxes/customs duties.
- Payment must be made in full upfront via bank transfer, e-wallet, or other methods we provide.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
3. Jastip (Personal Shopping) Service Specific Terms
- You request items by providing clear details (photos, links, sizes, colors, etc.).
- We will confirm availability and exact pricing before proceeding.
- Delivery time: Estimated 7-14 business days from confirmation (may be longer due to stock issues, customs clearance, or force majeure).
- Items purchased through jastip are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective upon arrival (proof required).
- We are not responsible for items that become unavailable after confirmation or changes in market prices.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for jastip/custom orders.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the courier.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if any) are your responsibility.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Ready-stock items: Eligible for return/exchange within 7 days if unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase (shipping costs borne by buyer).
- Custom-made items and jastip orders: No returns or refunds except for manufacturing defects (1-year warranty on custom production quality).
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on our website are owned by us or licensed. Custom designs created for you grant you usage rights for the produced items only—not resale or redistribution of the design files.
7. Limitation of Liability
